Animatics:

After deciding on our plot, the next step to make was planning where we would be filiming- we at first thought we wanted an old fashioned setting for the mise-en-scene in hope that it would make the opening more spooky but then we had some inspiration from other horror opening's and realised more are now set with modern mise-en-scene, so we then decided we would do the filming at Elises. When we arrived we realised this was an ideal location, and it was exactly how we thought it would be so this was really good. Are animatic has been created before filming so therefore none of our costumes are within it.

This is our first opening shot: The gate here will open, and our figure (Ghost-Ellie) will walk through.
The door will then automatically open, as Ellie gets closer.

This is the path the ghost will then follow, the mise-en-scene here will be normal as they're just normal girls.

She will then lead towards the stairs- The camera shot at this point will be pov- (Point of view), it will be forshadow the spookyness and to also signify she's a ghost.

This is the ghosts point of view.
mirrors- this is for the audience to see the quick images of things passing by
